- All sales are final
- No cash refunds
- 21 day exchange from date of purchase with receipt. Item must not have been worn or washed and must have original tag attached (Item must be in original condition and able to be re-sold)
- Store credit (pre-paid dollars in HELIOS) issued for items returned within 5 days if customer can’t find a replacement item to exchange or if exchanged item is less $ than original item purchased.
- Sale items, marked downs, discounted items are all final, final sale no exchanges, no refunds.
Tanning Return Policy
- All product and service sales are final
- We no longer have the ability to do exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you want and sending back any return items to be processed for either a refund or online credit.
Trouble with your order?
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact our warehouse within 5 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
